Returns Policy

Please note that due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any kind.  We are happy to resolve any issues or concerns with a full replacement or refund, if warranted. 

If you would like a refund of any an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we contact and processed the return if applicable.

Shipping

We are experiencing shipping delays due to the COVID19 pandemic, orders are taking 1 to 2 business days to process. We ask for your patience as we take extra precautionary measures to keep you and our staff safe. Normal shipping days are Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesday. If you are local we will still ship out to Thursday & Friday. Please note that if you place an order on a Wednesday and you are not local if will not be shipped until that following Monday. This is to insure your package will not be sitting at the post office during the weekend. Sorry we do not ship Internationally. Shipping pricing: Single Items $8 Multiple Items $13
